Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mochi Phone account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the phone securely in its original box, including all chargers, cables, and manuals provided.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
